Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase from Pipiripau, you may exchange or return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of purchase. Items are determined unreturnable if worn or have sustained damage by customer.
Pipiripau does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to email@example.com before sending the item back.

Refund Process and Timeframe
Pipiripau.com processes most returns within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. All refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Important: Once we process your return, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
