Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase at Pipiripau.com, you may exchange or return it for a full refund, (minus shipping costs). Be sure to return the item(s) to our shipping & receiving department within 15 days of purchase. Items are determined unreturnable if worn, or have sustained damage by customer.
Pipiripau does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to email@example.com before sending the item back.

2. Follow the instructions on the form and complete all required information.
3. If exchanging include $5.00 (Domestic) $10.00 (International) for the return shipping cost.
4. Send Returns/Exchanges to:

5. Retain your tracking number as proof of delivery.
Please Note: All returned/exchanged items must be in the original condition received in.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Pipiripau.com processes most returns within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
