Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may be longer during sales or high-volume periods.

Pre-Orders

If any of the items you purchased were on pre-order, your order will ship complete once ALL items are available. Please refer to the product page for delivery dates and reach out if you would like to ship separately. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Gift Cards
For Gift Cards, you and your recipient (if applicable) will receive a separate email notification.

Prints
Print orders are shipped separately. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for shipping on made to order prints.

What if my package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received?

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we’re not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or theft. If your order arrives damaged, or you need help with a claim, reach out to us with your order details and we’ll assist where we can.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or newer forms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
