Ordering & Shopping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment options available at checkout.
Can I modify my order or fix a wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. We process orders fast, but if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.
Can I pick up my online order in store?
Yes — choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout if that option is available for your order.
Do you ship items separately if they’re pre-orders?
Yes, depending on the release. Please check the product page for the detailed production schedule and estimated ship date.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law and calculated at checkout.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some designs are limited and won’t be restocked. If an item is coming back, we’ll announce it via email and social media.

Do art prints come framed?
Yes, in-store pickup is available for select orders.
Are prints signed or numbered?
Yes. We organize community events and festivals. Event details are announced on our website and social channels.
How are art prints packaged for shipping?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you replace damaged prints?
Yes, if your print is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace it.

We are located in Oxnard, California, USA (near Los Angeles). Address and Store Hours are listed on our Store Location page.
Do you sell different products in store vs online?
We generally sell the same products online and in-store, though we occasionally offer in-store exclusives.
Do in-store prices match online prices?
Yes, unless there is a specific online or in-store exclusive sale.
Can I reserve an item to pick up in store?
Yes, please contact us directly to arrange a hold.
Is parking available near the store?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available near the shop.
